We strive to ensure that returning an item is a hassle-free experience.

You have a 30-day window to return the item for a complete refund or a replacement. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred in returning the item, and these charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. However, if you return a defective item, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs in addition to a full refund.

Please be advised that Milliard Brands reserves the right to reject returns on products received in any of the following conditions:

• Any product returned without all original accessories, including the box, manuals, parts, and all other items originally included with the product.
• Any product that appears to have been tampered with or altered in any way.
• Any product that does not match the product originally purchased.
• Any product received beyond the 14-day window from when the return was approved.
